I'm sitting here in a bit of a daze.....my baby girl is turning 3. I am amazed at the changes that have happened in the last year, in fact, just in the last few months. A true Mama's girl, yet independent when it suits her (like when it comes to washing her hair....or choosing her clothes). A sweet little girl who'll walk up and down the house, or the store, or the hockey arena, bouncing and shushing her baby. This instinct that she has to nurture is amazing to me....to see it at such an early age.
Here's my latest Lily story:
With the abundance of candy in the house you can imagine the extra want. Bring in Lily….sneaking behind me to where the candy is kept. Grabbing a pack of Rockets, & running away. And then she comes back, throws the half pack back in the bag and then "sneaks" off. 30 seconds later, she's back for the rest of the pack…..I turn around…..she's wide eyed looking at me as I start laughing. Busted!
We took her out to document this age.
(for the first three shots I let her "style" her own hair with her "hendband")

Oh! I love these shots, particularly the last few. You've captured such a personality!

She is adorable. I love the surroundings you chose. My oldest is about to turn three as well. Hard to believe.
The hands Charmaine the hands... that shot is sooo precious. It's the kind of shot I love. I'm a hands and feet kind of gal.
