My middle baby....you are four today!

You were the most amazing Christmas gift I have ever been given (ps...I'm glad you came 10 days early so we had a little bit of time before the Christmas rush happened).

In a blink of an eye, you have gone from my sweet little toddler who needed his soother and blanket to a sensitive, sweet boy (although we could work on the sweetness with your sister).

I love you more than I could ever tell you.  I hope you know this.  Even when I'm being hard on you.  I love you.

You would follow Jack to the end of the earth....you are best friends and I hope this bond only gets stronger as you grow.

You are stubborn.....and though it's tough on us, it will do you good when you're a teenager and an adult.  So don't lose that stubbornness.....stand up for what you believe in and don't follow the pack.

You think you're hilarious.......and I absolutely agree!

My cousin "little" Michelle isn't so little anymore!  She has a beautiful baby & is recently engaged!!!!!

I had such a wonderful time and I can't wait until their wedding in 2012!!!!!

update: Michelle and Isaac were called to Heaven early Christmas morning.  You'll always be "my" Michelle.  Love you.  Aleera is living with her Grandparents and doing fine....and being loved by so many.

I've never photographed children that I didn't know really well.  So I was nervous when a former co-worker asked me to shoot her family....but so excited that she would trust me.

We braved a super windy day and couldn't get two of the shots I wanted, but they were all troopers!

On Saturday I had the pleasure of shooting another friend's family.  Their home made for the perfect setting. 

We met when we joined a New Mom's Group in our area with our eldest (they were 1-2 months old).  All of these children have grown to be best friends & some of us ladies have created a strong bond.  There are days that I don't know what I would do without them.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to capture your family!
